Taking Guadeloupe by Storm
05/01/2010 - 16:51 by Icon Staff Icon's athletes headed to Guadeloupe for the 7th Annual International Meeting, and turned in some sensational performances this past Saturday. Angelo Taylor, running extremely well to start the season, racked up a victory at 400mH, finishing in 48.16 seconds. It went well with his victory in the 400m, which he won in 45.01. Similarly, Damu Cherry took the title in the 100m hurdles, winning in a time of 12.74, while Moushami Robinson took third in the 400m in 51.90. Keith Moffatt rounded out Icon's top performers, with the up-and-coming high jumper reaching 2.24m to take second place. |
